Simple File Shredder
ADVERTISEMENTSSimple File Shredder is a utility that securely deletes your files so they can’t be restored using recovery software.
When you delete a file using the Windows delete method, the file is not deleted. Instead Windows just marks the space occupied by the file as free and ready to accept data. We will be able to recover the file until it’s over-written with other data.
When you use Simple File Shredder to shred a file, the file is over-written with random bytes before it’s deleted. If the file was ever restored using recovery software, it would be worthless. Simple File Shredder can also shred free space on multiple drives to securely remove files already deleted through Windows.
It’s User Interface is simple with just 10 icons and a big drop box to drop the files to be shredded. Strong Windows shell integration means right-clicking on a file gives you the option to shred the file. To avoid unauthorized use of this tool, a password can be set.
Options also include setting up of the shredding level, which changes the number of times the program writes junk data to the disk- a higher level means longer shredding times.
The System Junk Shredder is another feature that allows shredding of Windows components such as Recycle Bin Contents, temporary files, Firefox and Opera histories.

While this application is straightforward and can be useful to some users, I feel that it could be better. Personally, I use Digital File Shredder Pro (http://www.stompsoft.com/fileshredder.html) mostly because it has more functionality than this particular application.

Is it possible to recover a file which I have removed from recycle bin too?

Well if you used a file shredding software such as the one that is mention in these comments, you can be sure that the file is unrecoverable. Conversely, if you made use of a data recovery application, like StomopSoft’s Recover Lost Data. This will allow you to recover files even after they have been removed from the recycle bin.
