Btw, that Speeddial thing is Opera’s innovation.
The Firefox extension is very new so still has a few things missing. But overall does a decent job of porting it to Opera.

: DoFollow is great, but it leaves your blog a little more open to people commenting just to get the backlink. Link Love is a great little plugin that only removes the “nofollow” tag after a commenter leaves a defined amount of posts (default is 10, I have mine set at 5.) This way you can be more assured the commenters aren’t taking advantage of your kindness.

I’m not sure if there is any code for Top commentator in Blogger, I used only the recent comments for blogger. You can do a search in Google.
