Make old Extensions compatible in Firefox 2
ADVERTISEMENTSAfter installing Firefox 2 today, I found that some of my favorite extensions like ImgLikeOpera, Fasterfox and SessionSaver were not compatible with Firefox 2.0.
After searching for a while I found the solution for it from Liew’s Blog- MR Tech’s Local Install extension.
The primary function of MR Tech’s Local Install extension is to provide the tools needed to install and manage extensions and themes locally. It has the function to make old extensions compatible with new Firefox.
After installing the extension, right-click on any incompatible extension and select “Make Compatible” and restart Firefox. That’s it!
