A few changes to the Comment Section
ADVERTISEMENTSI made a few changes to the comments section like adding Comment Guidelines. I also edited the Gravatar code such that your Gravatars will be linked to your website and not to the Gravatars site.
I hope this stops all those self-promotion comments, which will now be deleted.
