Time your Torrents in Azureus

ADVERTISEMENTS

People like me who use BSNL Broadband have to stay wake till 2 am to start our downloads (for unlimited bandwidth). Do you face a similar problem? Then read on…

The only way out is to get the downloads to start automatically at 2 am. After a few minutes of browsing I found the solution- a speed scheduler for Azureus.

First download Azureus and then download speed scheduler from here.

Install the plugin by going to plugin->installlation wizard in Azureus and select the plugin to install.

Now go to plugins->Speed scheduler and schedule your downloads to whatever time you want

Speed Scheduler

After this put all what you want to download in Azureus and keep your system switched on to download files automatically

Madhur- Ever since I got BSNL Broadband, I have not been able to get much sleep. I wake up around 4 am to start downloading. This method has helped me.

BTW, you are my 3rd top commentator this month (check homepage’s sidebar). Thanks :-)

You’re right john. Great work on your torrent articles. I gotta thank you for putting them up wonderfully. I used to not like using torrent clients because of the NAT problem. Since your guide helped me, I enjoy using whatever client. But preferably utorrent and azureus and bitcomet. But now I havent used bit comet because of the article that I read about it.
I think you know about that issue john. Again john THANK you for the help. Thanks from me and folks like me who havent got the chance to thank you for the information that you share.
